1. Delivery of Donation Receipts
- Donation receipts are issued within 2–5 business days of a successful transaction.
- Receipts are usually sent digitally via email, but if you require a hard copy, please mention it while donating. We will dispatch it via registered post.
2. Shipping of Awareness Material or Merchandise
- Items like awareness kits, merchandise, or thank-you gifts (if applicable) are shipped within 5–7 business days of receiving the order.
- We currently ship within India only.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping is free for all donation-related documents.
- For merchandise, a nominal shipping fee may apply based on the product and delivery location. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout.
4. Delivery Timeline
- Most deliveries are completed within 7–10 business days.
- Delays may occur due to holidays, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID (if available) will be shared with you via email or SMS.
6. Address Accuracy
